is a brief description of what the features offer:
Stock Information
Quotes provide a quick snapshot of
how a particular stock or mutual fund is trading that particular day.
News gives you with a list of any
reports concerning the stock you designate.
Charts shows a graphical view of how
the stock has been performing over time. You can look at varios ranges of dates from
intra-day price movement to up to 5 years of pricing. You can also use comparisons to
show how this stock has done in comparison to an index and/or stock or mutual fund of your
choice.
Profile summarizes what the company
does along with basic dividend and earnings information.
Financials show some of the more
popular financial ratios used to evaluate a company.
Research
Calculators links you to several
different kinds of investment and budgeting type online calculators.
Industry News allows you to view
today's top stories on a particular industry (e.g. Telecommunications, Aerospace, etc.)
within a particular category (e.g. Mergers, Dividends, etc.)
Market Summary gives you information
on what the stock market is doing that particular day.
Mock Portfolio allows you to track a
customized listing of stocks and their performance. You input the number of shares,
purchase date, and cost basis information, and it does the rest! You can create
multiple mock portfolios that are all protected by your email address and a password. NOTES:
The mock portfolios are strictly controlled by you and have absolutely NO bearing
on your actual investments! The mock portfolio information is not kept on The Volkers
Group, LLC. website, so the email and password used to access your mock portfolios will
not be the same information used to access your client reports from The Volkers Group
website. Additionally, we do not currently support the "Portfolio
Check-Up" feature in this section.
Mutual Funds section allows you to
look up a particular fund, or view all funds with similar objectives.
Symbol Lookup allows you to find the
symbol on a stock, mutual fund, or index.
