Daily (Consolidated)
Performance by Security Gain/Loss- This
report consolidates all of your accounts onto one single report. It allows you to
see how any of your securities have performed since the start date. It shows
performance information for both current holdings and sold positions. The columns
are structured as follows:
Security- The name of the
security.
Beginning Market Value- The
market value of your security at the beginning of the year.
Realized Gains- The gain or
loss on sold securities, measured from the start date to the sell date.
Unrealized Gains- The gain or
loss on currently held securities, measured from the purchase date or start date
(whichever is more recent) to the report end date.
Interest/Dividends- Any
interest or dividends that the security has paid out to you during the reporting period.
This also includes accrued interest of fixed income securities.
Ann. IRR + Fees- Annualized
Internal Rate of Return (less any fees). Using the discounted cash flow, the IRR is
determined by calculating the interest rate earned while adjusting for contribution and
withdrawal transactions. An "NA" value means the IRR is not able to be
calculated due to significant gain or loss activity over a short period of time.
Ending Market Value- The market
value of your unsold securities at the end date of the report.
Pct. of Assets- The percent of
total assets that are invested in this security.
